A la fin de ses études de cinéma à Marseille en 1996, il réalise avec une partie de sa promotion un film en 16 mm adapté d’une nouvelle de Claude Chabrol Troubles. A cette occasion, l’équipe met en place un laboratoire de tirage et de développement 16 mm qui existe toujours : Les films de la Belle de Mai. Il réalise de 2001 à 2004 quatre courts métrages de fiction, tournés en 16 mm et finalisés en 35 mm, produit par l’association Dick Laurent avec le soutien du CRRAV, dont L’inconnue du lavomatic (2003) et Buenos Aires (2004). En 2006, il réalise une fiction en Super 8, Le mystère du K-40. En 2009, il réalise Les nuages mélancoliques, produit par Mobilis et avec le soutien du CRRAV. De 2010 à 2019, il réalise dix films pour le festival du film à contraintes Welcome to, dont L’incertitude du présent (2013) et Des candidats décevants (2019), ainsi que La cité des ombres (2015) et Projet d’Alternatives pour de Nouvelles Gouvernances (2017). En 2018, il réalise un portrait de l’artiste lillois Perlinpinpin avec Perlinpinpin, l’enfance perdue. A deux occasions, il a collaboré sur la création d’images animées pour le spectacle vivant, en 2004 sur La nuit juste avant les Forêts, compagnie Farid’O. Puis en 2010 sur Au pays des utopies, compagnie Théâtrelles.
