Je suis directeur de la photographie, chef opérateur image et cadreur. Je suis intéressé aussi bien par des projets en fiction, publicité, clip musical et documentaire. Ayant eu la chance de travailler en Europe et en Afrique, je sais m'adapter à différents environements de travail. En France avec mes équipes ou à l'étranger avec des équipes locales, je suis toujours en quête de nouvelles histoires à mettre en image. À chaque projet, je cherche une nouvelle manière d'aborder la photographie afin de créer une identité visuelle unique. Ma passion pour la cinématographie est née en regardant beaucoup de vieux films et en pratiquant la photo de rue. Après deux stages à la société de location Next Shot, le premier au pôle machinerie et le second au pôle caméra, j'ai travaillé en tant qu'assistant caméra sur quelques projets pour le cinéma et la télévision avant de passer directeur de la photographie. En 2022, j'ai photographié "La Couleurs dans les Mains", le 3ème long métrage de Nora Hamdi. En 2023, j'ai photographié la série TV "2 Wjouh" réalisée par Mourad El Khaoudi. Diffusée durant le ramadan 2024 à la télévision marocaine, elle a été suivie par plus de 10 millions de téléspectateurs. J'ai commencé à apprendre la musique à l'âge de 5 ans, et depuis quelques années je compose pour des courts-métrages. Je suis en train de terminer la licence #CinematicOrchestration, à l'école #ThinkspaceEducation, en Angleterre. J'ai pris de l'expérience pour les #courtsmétrages, les #bandeannonces, les films d'#animation, ainsi que les #documentaires. Je suis un jeune chef-opérateur évoluant dans le milieu du cinéma depuis quelques années. Je vis à Paris et travaille où le vent m'emmène. En parallèle, j’officie comme assistant-opérateur, DIT et je possède une certaine expérience en gestion de post-production. J’ai un profil touche-à-tout et des expériences éclectiques sur des projets de différentes ampleurs, du court-métrage le plus fauché à la grosse production pleine de sous. Cumulé, tout cela m’offre une vue assez large de la création d’un film, de sa production aux finitions. Master in Photography, Art and Technique, by the Polytechnic University of Valencia, with advanced studies in Philosophy, his practices link thought and Philosophy with contemporary art in its post-conceptual form. He researches and produces his artistic work orbiting around the categories of the "representable" and the "non-representable" that determine documentary construction and artistic practice, these categories being considered from the "ontological turn" proposed by the new Anthropology. His projects, produced and presented on an international stage, incorporate chance and indeterminacy as productive agents, with the collaboration and support of thinkers of the stature of Jean-Luc Nancy. Legaz experiments with highly participatory processes involving photography, cinematography, archives, oral testimony, psychoanalysis, artistic and scientific literature or the creative act of other artists. The close relationship between contemporary thought and Alfonso Legaz's artistic production activates scenarios of socialisation of his visual work and theoretical contribution on specialised occasions, such as congresses, specific Aesthetics conferences, meetings in universities, where he presents specific elements of his production experience. His interest in the crisis of representation has led him to work with the direct participation of the philosopher Jean-Luc Nancy, with whom he was in direct contact in the years prior to his death, producing essay films in Strasbourg linked to personal space and the experience of community deconstructed by the French philosopher. His visual work, individually or as part of a team, has been carried out in various European countries, with local collaborators in each geographical environment. His production is included in specialised archives and libraries, Spanish and foreign documentary centres and art collections, such as Reina Sofía National Museum and Art Centre, Archive of the Photographic Memory of the Spanish Civil War located at the Jaume I University, Ramón J. Sender Foundation or the French documentary film centre Ardèche Images. His visual production has been presented in Spanish venues and events where he has received national awards for his photography, as well as in Festivals or exhibition centres in Glasgow, Dresden, Athens-Aegina, New York or Lussas.
