Within the network, browse through Profiles of professionnals and companies, view their works and find projects in development. Use the search engine to find Profiles based on profession, location, or specific criteria such as agents or festival selections and awards. Save Profiles in shareable groups. Synopsis : Dès la naissance, notre chemin semble déjà tracé, comme pré formaté. Notre lieu de naissance, notre famille, notre environnement, puis notre éducation vont nous diriger vers ce qui semble être notre chemin. Notre scolarité peut nous élever, mais aussi nous blesser. Notre parcours de vie est bien souvent orienté vers le chemin le plus confortable et le moins risqué. Entreprendre ou vivre son rêve de gosse n’est pas dans notre culture. Pourtant, certains d’entre nous, rêvent plus grand, plus haut, plus vrai, certains n’ont qu’une seule envie : l’Excellence. Cette excellence se trouve en nous, partout, il suffit d’être attentif aux signes, mais surtout d’avoir plus envie que peur. Le monde de la haute gastronomie reflète notre société hiérarchisée, mais son mode de fonctionnement est bien différent, parce qu’il s’appuie sur la solidarité, l’esprit d’équipe et une rigueur à tous les postes. Alors que Julien, chef étoilé, se présente au prestigieux concours du Meilleur Ouvrier de France, six grands représentants de la gastronomie française partagent avec nous leurs expériences et les moments où tout a basculé vers l’excellence.
