Julien Aubert est le réalisateur du blockbuster podcast Morts à l’Aveugle (TCM Cinéma). Première oeuvre sonore western, la série est également un film immersif illustré par des tableaux minimalistes animés qui a été diffusé sur les antennes de TCM Cinema en janvier 2020. En 2014, JULIEN AUBERT écrit et réalise le web-documentaire transmédia “Le Défi des Bâtisseurs” (ARTE). Avec sa société de production, Bigger Than Fiction, il a, depuis, conçu des oeuvres aux formats innovants. En 2017, il produit ÉTÉ (ARTE), la première série de fiction, en bande dessinée, pour Instagram (3 saisons de 60 épisodes). Il co-crée le concept Rap Fighter Cup (Slash - France Télévisions), une série d’animation musicale interactive pour Youtube. Puis il initie Instraviata (ARTE Concert), une adaptation du célèbre opéra en BD, animée et accompagnée d’un documentaire en vertical.
